Gyotaku Gicleé Reproduction Prints
as seen on the Martha Stewart Living TV show

I encourage people to purchase these giclée reproductions as a matter of conservation; because there is a limit to how many original gyotaku I can pull from a single fish. These reproductions represent the best prints pulled from each species at the time of release. They are exquisitely printed with long lasting pigment inks, on archival paper; and are matted with the same acid free archival materials used for my original gyotaku. They are hand signed with black pigment ink and chopped with red pigment.

The frame size available for each fish design is specified below the picture of that fish. They are available either matted or matted & framed. Frames are hardwood, with medium walnut or black finish, and picture glass. Prices for each image, whether just matted or matted & framed, are specified under the pictures arranged by frame size.

Note: any references to feng shui are based on what I have read.
I am not to be considered an authority on the subject.

At popular request I am now listing my gyotaku reproduction prints by frame size.
These begin with the smallest size matted to fit an 11x14" frame.  Pricing follows the images.

In Feng Shui black fish are said to provide protective chi (energy)
when placed in the north, east, or south east corner of a room.

Below are approximately 9" images matted to fit 11"x14" frame size.

Any of the above six images matted to fit an 11" x 14" frame ($36.);
or matted and framed in 11" x 14" frame ($72.).

According to feng shui the best rooms for placement of fish are
the living room or dining room; but never the bedroom.

Below are approximately 14" images matted to fit 10" x 20" frame size.

Any of the above five images matted to fit 10" x 20" frame ($48.),
or matted and framed in 10" x 20" frame ($95.).

Fish are associated with abundance; the more fish the greater the abundance attracted to your home.

NOTE ABOUT PRINT PRICES

My reproduction prints are price by the square inch, so each print is approximately the same price as every other, when measured by the square inches of the frame size. There is a small amount added to odd size framed pieces, to cover the extra glass cost (cutting down larger standard size sheets of glass to fit the odd size frames). Very large repro's (available on special request) are priced a bit higher to cover the additional labor involved with handling larger sizes. I believe this pricing policy is most fair.

SHIPPING CHARGES

$10. total shipping charge for 1 or more matted paintings.
$20. total shipping charge for 1 or more framed paintings.
That is; 1 matted print shipped to one address would be $10. shipping charge,
and 3 matted prints shipped to one address would be a total $10. shipping charge
